For Asssprite!

"Yes, my son! Build a castle for your king!" cried the father.
"Don't be a royal pain, sweetie." cooed the mother.
The child said nothing, istead choosing to focus on stacking his blocks. The task seemed
to grip his attention like a vice. As he layed the final brick, a smile crossed his
face, and he turned to his parents. Clearly excited, he shouted, "Mom, Dad! I finished
it! I finished it!"
"Wonderful, sweetie!" replied the mother. "Now for my favorite part," said the father, a
smirk on his visage.
"CHAAAAAAAARGE!" screamed the toddler.
Then, together as one, all three family members collided on Max's latest creation;
crushing, smashing, and tearing it to bits. When the dust cleared, three wide smiles
were plainly visible. Below them, a pile of crumpled cardboard building blocks that had
once been a magnificent fortress.
"Well," the father began, "I think it's about time we bought you some new blocks,
kiddo!"
"Thanks, Dad!" Max squeaked, clearly dumbfounded by his father's generosity. The mother
simply giggled and pulled them both in for a hug.

Wasn't sure how to write the mom until I decided that she's probably a lot like her spouse. I'm sorry if I didn't do the characters justice, I did my best. Let's just chock it up to the age difference and leave it at that.
