Just saw the mid-season premiere. Soooooo good!

I was WAITING for someone to appreciate my avatar.
Also the new episode was AMAZINGGG. And confusing. I don't feel that afraid of wifi, just of a wifi with that weird name thingie.

I think it was written in German. That is the only possibility.


And yeah, Moffat wasn't really all that right with the whole "You're gonna fear wi-fi!" prediction. I mean, spoonheads aren't that scary. am I right?

Yeah. But maybe Moffat is just putting some mildly scary stuff out there just to cool us into a laxed state of mind. Then he'll bring out the mega terror part of himself and give us weeks of nightmares, overwhelming sadness or uncontrollable rage. And or a mixture of all three.

I need to catch up, I sort of stopped after Martha left. Spending an hour focused on a single thing is hard.

The Silence, The Intelligence. What next?

I don't think the Intelligence is new.

It was the very first enemy the Doctor faced in the new show, for instance.
And was the villain of the most recent Christmas special.
Unless I'm getting these confused...

I did hear somewhere that he's the same as the villain in the Christmas special, so I think that's right...

No, the first enemy the Doctor faced in the new show was the Auton. The General Intelligence was the enemy in the Christmas Special and in a Second Doctor episode back when it was black and white in which it attempted to exploit the London Underground in its attack.

Autons, meanwhile, were first introduced in the first Third Doctor episode which had many parallels to Rose. They later appeared under the Eleventh Doctor as the people who made the Rory robot thing and joined up with the Cybermen, the Daleks, and the others like that to lock the Doctor in the Pandorica.
