Personally, i think max doesn't actually have magnet powers. My theory is that he's a medium with the ability to extend his spectral influence to other objects, like for example, when max gets his bat back from johnny, he pulls the bat towards him with his spectral aura at the last minute, or it could just be his aura extending to the bat, but yeah. I have a point in here somewhere.

Ummm sorta. It has been absolutely confirmed that the bat is doing all the work. The Scrapdragon also has been confirmed by Zack to be in the bat. If Max is a medium, he has not demonstrated those powers nor has his medium spirit been shown. It is the bat doing that. The energy connecting to Max is the tool reconnecting to him. Where your right is it isn't exactly magnetism. Its draws metal period, even metals that aren't affected by magnets.

Personally I don't think Max is a medium or is ever going to be one anytime soon. I like the idea of Max having to make do with the power he's got, even if its not that useful for direct combat vs spirits and use his witts to win. I like the underdog.
