If you mean that all of her friends have been antagonistic with her at some point recently, then sure,
But if you're saying that she as a character is incapable of getting along I disagree.
Isaac is being blind and unreasonable and channeling his angsty frustration at her.
Ed thought that she disliked him in favor of Max, mostly because his spirit told him that he was being weak and foolish. She wasn't actually doing anything to him, Ed was simply projecting.
Spender was being reckless and self sacrificing, and Isabel told him so, and asked him not to feel like he was alone in the world.
It's not Isabel's fault that her friends seem to see problems where there are none. Since Max's spirit doesn't seem to repeatedly put him down and tell him how weak and/or foolish he is, and max seems to be a bit more reasonable in general, I don't think he's gonna create some problem with Isabel.
He's got too many actual problems on his plate to be inventing new ones.
