Eh, I don't think so. It looks like the stick is a tool that's been heavily influenced by her spirit's appearance, and since she was calling out to ask whether Max was okay she can probably see him just fine.

Considering what she was doing to the Ghost Train, I'm thinking it's like a conductor's baton that lets her manipulate spirits and people. Any other ideas about what her tool might be?

I pretty sure its now a bow, what ever it was cause it fires arrows, originally, it looks like it could be a plastic bouquet. Or maybe it truly was a bow at first. Need more shots and info.

It could be a walking stick. (I'm still hung up on the disability that she was mentioned to have.) Perhaps she has a limp?

New update, and it looks like Agent Day is probably blind, since she had to stop and have her spirit confirm what she hit. She is however, most definitely the most adorable person in the comic~

But then another point. Agent Day didn't seem to recognize Max, but why did Max falter when he first saw her?

I assumed it was because he was expecting someone much less disarmingly cute. Could you shout at that face?

Maybe Agent Day's spirit (50 bucks it's a cupid) allows her to "see".
Sort of like sensing everything around you.

It seems like that's where most of his cynical personality comes from I guess.

I only noticed how cynical that was but it didn't register that it was a direct product of his mother's death. This means that that was quite possibly Max's last memory of his mother before she died.

I have to wonder if her death was not in some way involved with aforementioned demanding client?

In the latest panel Max and kind of Isabel too seem a little blinded by Mr. Spenders light. whereas Agent Day isn't even looking at him or effected in the least, also she was really confused when Isabel and Max were hugging. I'm just adding more evidence to the theory about Agent Day's disability being blindness.

Yeah I'm pretty sure Day is probably blind. Beyond that, Isabel and Max are adorably hilarious this update and the train would have made me leak nosemilk were I drinking milk.

Was reading back a few pages and I noticed this cool person on the first page featuring the ghost train.



Now I really want to know what that tool does.

Also, it really still blows my mind that Isaac has this whole thing about being excluded from consortium stuff and none of us would know why if someone hadn't put Spender's bleeps in that one panel under incredible scrutiny. I'm pretty sure that's the only time it's ever been explained. Let it never be said that Zack's secret languages and easter eggs never told us anything especially important.
