Diana's eyes narrow as the fire alarm goes off. Perhaps. She packs her things quickly into her bag and gestures the other two towards the exit keeping an eye out for the boy.

They make you stand outside in the mild autumn weather for a good ten minutes without giving you a chance to put on your jackets before letting you inside. The address system crackles into life. It seems one of you decided to pull the fire alarm as a prank. As you know, this is a serious offense, and will result in suspension when we determine who it was. Lunch is over. Return to your regularly scheduled class without complaint, as you students brought this upon yourselves. Do not forget your supplies, or you will be given detention.

 "Umm, I guess I'll see you two later." Terra then makes her way to class. The cold actually didn't bother her, but that's for a different reason.

Diana crinkles her nose. She had suspected it had not been scheduled and she hoped she was wrong in her suspicion that it was the boy. Well i must go to class. I will see you guys outside the school by the flag pole. she says before heading to her next class

Vic stands, making her way to the next room on her roster. She wipes her glasses off, then thinks to herself about who could have pulled the alarm, and who ever it was, they were gonna pay big time. She also thought about her new friends, since she hadn't had friends in quite some time.

The remainder of your classes pass uneventfully, although Vic was about half a cup size away from getting in trouble with one of the male teachers for not having her books with her. Instead, he loaned her the master copy, which happened to have all the answers filled in. He pretended not to notice this fact. What a creepy old guy...

Diana gathered her belonging at the end of school and waited by the flag pole for Vic and Terra.

Terra finishes her classes. She made it threw the day, but she did hear two girls in the back of the room snicker about her, saying things like, "Did you see those scars? Isn't she ugly?" and the classic, "She's not exactly 'slim' either is she."

She managed to hold in her tears in time to escape with the bell and goes off to meet Vic and Diana at the flag pole.

Vic managed to make her way down to the flagpole, and leaned up against it. She lowered her eyes, creating a glossed over look on her glasses. "Ladies," she sighed, "How was your day? Anything...I dunno, fun happen?"

Diana:
When you went to your locker to get your things, you immediately noticed a shiny fake-gold-foil envelope with no addressing information on top of all your stuff. It seems someone slid it through the top, and its sort of crinkled up from this mistreatment.
Everyone else: I guess you don't use your lockers for anything, do you? That's kind of strange.

Diana eyes the envelope warily. She picks it up and looks at it carefully then opens it after shutting her locker.

It contains a strangely worded invitation on a thick, cream-coloured paper. When you read it, it says:

Diana folds the paper up and heads outside to the flagpole where she sees Vic and Terra I apologize but it appears something has turned up and it must be dealt with immediately. she looks at Terra and Vic and asks Did you two head to your lockers or come straight out? I think you may want to check them. Here. she pulls out paper and pen and scribbles her number down twice and gives each girl her number So it doesn't seem like I am abandoning you. I'll be here. Diana sits by the flag pole. Come back once you've checked them.

Vic blinked, seeming confused, though not to much. " My locker? I guess I could go back and check it....." She turned back, and trotted back in, quickly opening her locker and looking around inside.

Terra checked her locker on the way out and reads the note.

A puzzled look crosses her face. "Wha..., maybe wrong locker?" Terra can't make heads or tails of the note.

"Maybe... city square? Person who sees the truth...?"

Vic:
You see a note in her locker. Your envelope is slightly different from the others, as it has a small marking where the senders address would be. It resembles the head of a pitchfork. The inside is the same, though.

Terra: On the back of your note, there is a second message. It's much shorter.

Terra scratches her head. "Maybe its a 'spectral' thing. Why does this have to be so confusing...?"

Terra does her best to follow the instructions on the note.

Diana sighs and gets up. If they wanted to know where she was they could text her. She made her way through the city and found a door marked with the psi symbol and entered.

Vic sighs, waving the note as though it was a fan. She eventually made her way to the city, wondering around and looking for this person that was mentioned in the letter. She sat down, relaxing in the square for a moment before looking for anything else.

You all, possibly through trial and error, end up making your way to the Underworld. Once inside, you see more mediums than you've ever seen before. Along with non-medium spectrals and a great variety of spirits and ghosts, they crowd the streets, which are absent of any cars; above their heads you can see buildings, many of which look like they've been cut directly into rock. It seems, in fact, that the streets are also carved. There are walls, a long ways into the distance, that tower over the buildings; they extend a ways beyond the limit of your vision. It seems that this place was originally a solid mass of something. For some reason, despite having sun, nor sky, nor any source of light, you can see clearly. The streets all curve outwards from a central town square, which is filled with many street vendors selling things that are easily produced within the Underworld, like mushrooms, fried mushrooms, and carvings made out of whatever rock-like material the walls are made of. There are benches throughout the square, and fountain with signs reading "100 PERCENT POTABLE" carved into the base. Spectrals are filling stone buckets from the fountain and carrying them away. It seems the town has little to no plumbing or electricity, and very limited materials from the outside world. Standing in about the center of the square is the boy who was watching you earlier.

Terra is visibly startled. She has little frame of reference, the explanation given to her about what a spectral is and what is going to happen to her had been very brief. She barely has an understanding on what a medium is, so all the people that have inhuman features are making her nervous, and scared of how much she is going to change.

Terra is visibly shaking, clinging to the note, trying to stay out of peoples way, and very frightened by the sudden shift in the world as well as the strange people. She is giving off huge amounts of blazing spectral vapor.

Then she notices the boy. That is enough for her. "Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope-" She repeats continually as she starts to walk away, not knowing where she is going. She has had enough of the strangeness, and is nowhere near brave enough to face it alone.

The boy turns towards Terra and speaks. He does not shout, but he can be heard clearly above the crowd. His ability to project is the evidently the envy of many who work in front of an audience. Ah, the Burning Girl! I wondered if you would even make it this far. Come, join me. I have things to discuss with you. Do not flee, I will not harm you.

Diana feels a little more free in the city than in he world above, using her ability to get to the spot. When she sees the boy she zips in front of him, blocking his path to Terra You again. You left the notes. Why?

Terra stops in her tracks, still quite frightened. She turns to face the boy and sees Diana confronting him. Feeling a little braver now that someone she knows is here, she gingerly makes her way to the boy and Diana (Mostly so she can hide behind Diana for protection.)
