Nope, all the stats, same relation. You could still add to DEF, but you need to add a point to SPDEF and next level your going to be forced to add to HP to maintain relation.

The slowpoke thing was a PM, and I didn't really explain it that well. I should probably just remake the list. I'll post it here a bit later.
